Advanced Skills & Training
Production Foremen
Our production foremen are experienced leaders attuned to every aspect of live production. They oversee crews, workflows, and timelines while managing challenges as they arise. With a strong focus on execution and detail, they solve problems in real time to keep builds, rehearsals, and shows running smoothly—ensuring your stage is delivered on time, to spec, and ready for performance without compromise.
Production Security
Our production security is designed specifically for high-energy concert and festival environments. Unlike standard security services, our teams are trained to operate within active production sites, with a strong understanding of show flow, crowd behavior, access control, and artist areas. They react quickly, make informed decisions, and address issues in real time—providing strong, visible security that maintains safety without disturbing the event, while bringing your values and priorities into our security plan.
Rigging Certified
Our rigging personnel are trained and certified in safe rigging practices, with a deep understanding of overhead load management, truss systems, and safety protocols. Whether it’s indoor or outdoor, our team ensures rigging meets the highest standards for structural integrity and compliance.
On-Site Medical Response
Our on-site medical personnel deliver professional pre-hospital care for events, festivals, and high-risk environments, with advanced capabilities in patient assessment, stabilization, monitoring, and emergency response. Working alongside municipal EMS when required, our teams provide disciplined medical coverage, communication, and coordinated patient transfer.
Logistics & Operations Management
We go beyond technical production. Our logistics managers handle festival and event logistics—including hiring and managing subcontractors, coordinating rentals, overseeing insurance compliance, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. From backstage to the box office, we keep things moving.
Site Ops Manager (Large Sites)
Our on-site managers are trained to react quickly, think clearly, and lead under pressure on large, complex event sites. They serve as the primary authority on site, overseeing production, security, medical, festival operations, and emergency response. With working knowledge of every role found at a live event, they solve problems as they arise, maintain control during critical moments, and ensure safe, coordinated, and professional operations from load-in to load-out.
Emergency & Utility Response Training
Beyond medical emergencies, our engineers and technicians are trained in fire suppression, high-voltage electrical safety (including Socapex and camlock power systems), and basic crowd management protocols. Many of our staff hold active security licenses, allowing them to act on behalf of organizers for minor security duties if contracted.
